Legal notice and use of worksCopyright, trademarks, account, use and measurement
The books, texts, covers, images, audio recordings, designs and data arrangements on this site are protected under Turkish Laws No. 5846 and No. 6769 and applicable international treaties. They are provided solely for personal, non-commercial reading. Without written permission, they may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, republished, sold, automatically harvested in bulk or used to train artificial-intelligence systems. Any quotation permitted by law must clearly identify the work and Mehmet Akif Çakmak. The AYNET, Elsiva and AC Holding names and logos are trademarks or distinctive signs of their respective owners. PDF and EPUB metadata, file structure and integrity may not be altered. The large like, read and download indicators on the shelf cards are not measurements: they come from a fixed starting number given to each work and have not grown on their own since 15 September 2026. The totals in the footer add real measurement on top of that fixed base, so that line only grows when someone actually reads, likes or downloads. The measured portion is shown under each total, and the report in the control panel comes from the same record. Raw IP addresses are not retained and country is processed only in aggregate. A library account is entirely optional and works remain readable without one. For people who create an account, name, email address, session-security records and, if used, passkey public-key material are retained solely for sign-in and account management; biometric data is never sent to the site. Google or Apple sign-in supplies the provider-verified name, email and stable account identifier; provider access and refresh tokens are not retained in the library account. Email is not used for advertising or third-party profiling. The account, linked provider identities, sessions and passkey records can be deleted from the account window. Cookies and browser storage: your shelf order, favourites, the page you reached, your page notes, your language and any book you saved for offline reading are kept in your own browser only; they are never sent to the server and cannot be read anywhere but this site. These are necessary — without them you lose your place and your arrangement. Measurement uses no cookie and writes nothing to your browser: page views, reading starts, likes and downloads are counted anonymously on the server. Visitors are told apart by a short digest of the IP address and browser details salted with a secret and the current date; because the date sits inside the digest, that trace changes every night, nobody can be followed from one day to the next, and raw IP addresses are never stored. The fact that you have seen the notice strip is kept for one hundred and eighty days in a cookie named aynet-kitaplik-cerez and can be cleared from your browser settings.
